katie's Marvel Heroes vs. Villains sketch cards
here are the sketch cards that i did for the Rittenhouse Marvel Heroes vs. Villains trading card set... there are several cards not shown, as this is probably the MOST cards i've ever had rejected from a set! (oops!) the ones that were rejected were all very funny, silly cards... but i can understand why they were taken out of the set (although iron man vs. the hangover, dazzler vs. stage fright and devil dinosaur vs. extinction were some of my favorites!)
the watercolor didn't scan well and i'm being really lazy and not going in and tweaking all the levels of each card... so imagine there are a little bit more vibrant than what's posted ;P

here are my 3 returned sketch cards from the TOPPS star wars the clone wars : rise of the bounty hunters trading card set!
they will be going on ebay soon. i'll announce when with links to the auction when they are available.
the cards are done in marker on official TOPPS card stock. each card also has highlights done w/ a gold, metallic pen! shiny!

last 2 conventions of the year & a DC cat!

as most of my readers know... i'm having i kiddo! the due date is fast approaching (little grayson is due december 24th!) and i've had a few people ask if i have a baby registry!

and i want to say that i find it wonderful that so many people have e-mailed me/messaged me about my pregnancy/upcoming birth of the kiddo.... but, please... i'm really overwhelmed by them number of opinions i'm getting thrown out on a weekly basis. 1) i'm not going to share my birthplan with you so you can critique it... 2) i do not need to see photos of your home birth to try and convince me that it's the only way to go... followed by a mean e-mail back when i write back a thanks but that i plan on hospitals and doctors and 3) i don't need unasked opinions on everything from epidurals and diapering. we're doing our own research. ryan and i are figuring these things out on our own... i appreciate that some of you are passionate enough to write me long, loooooooong e-mails on some of these topics... but, please... anything more than an "i'm so happy for you!", i really can't take anymore! do you know someone wrote me an e-mail telling me they didn't like the NAME i picked out? seriously! one more e-mail like that and i'm going to tear all my hair out!

slave leia original art on ebay
howdy!
i had been working on a commission of slave leia for someone and one of the cats gnawed on the corner of the paper while i wasn't looking... so i had to trim it down, thus making it NOT the size the commissioner wanted, so i'm listing the (undamaged!) 7.5" x 14" art up for sale! my cat's naughtiness is someone else's gain :P
