if you noticed i've disappeared from the online world for the past several days it's because on december 21, 2010... i had my beautiful new daughter!

 

grayson wilcox is home, doing very well and ryan and i love her to bits already.

i did the A cover to issue 3 of series 2 of archaia and jim henson's fraggle rock comic!

(this issue will ALSO have a 20 page story written and drawn by me!)

birthday!

my birthday is this thursday, the 9th! 

i'm turning 29... and it'll be my last birthday before i become a mom (crazy, eh?)

i always get a couple very kind folks who want to send me a present and i don't like to give out my home address. so ,you know, if you aren't around locally to shower me with fresh baked goods (my present of choice!) ;) there's always my amazon wishlist http://amzn.com/w/34OWFB1GXSPQ3 or itunes and audible gift cards! 

i have just a few lingering commissions to get through (they're all inked, i just need to color them, package them and ship 'em. i'm trying to get through ALL of them in the next 2 weeks before.... 

my soon-to-be daughter is due on CHRISTMAS. (yikes!) so even if she comes a little late or a little early, it's a busy time of year!

but, well, let's face it... it's not like i'll be sleeping for the following 10+ weeks. maybe i'll buck the "no one gets anything done after they give birth" trend and be the first to get EVERYTHING done during this time period ;P 

a few people have also asked if there's anything they can send after the baby comes... well, mostly, i'll want help and a nap. but THAT's not going to be realistic, so an amazon.com gift card that i can apply to ordering some groceries, diapers and more online is a great idea!
